registering for our Spring session!
| Far Post
Advanced Juniors is a stepping stone from our
Far Post Juniors program to our
U8 Development Program. It is a fun
introduction for the more experienced
or
older Junior (5-7 year olds) players
to the world of soccer through activity based programs year round.
The emphasis is on a "Games Based" approach to coaching soccer
within a fun learning environment. |

Practices
will simulate some aspect of the game so that players can become
more comfortable with the real game. Children will have the
opportunity to run around a lot, play some soccer and learn
something about themselves. Our goal is to let them be active, but
with a purpose. Practices will include skill work and fun games to
practice the skills. All practices will end with 20 minutes of
small sided soccer games. |
Far Post is pleased to offer two 5-week
sessions of Advanced Juniors
for the upcoming 2007-2008 season. Sessions will be held on Saturday
mornings from 9:00-10:00 am at The Soccer Center
at the Champlain Valley Exposition, Essex Junction, Vermont.

What to Bring:
- Indoor soccer shoes (flats or turfs) or sneakers plus
water.
Registration Deadline:

|
Deadline to register is ONE WEEK PRIOR to first day of
session ~ Application and payment MUST be received by the Far Post Soccer
Club office by this date to guarantee registration. Acceptance is on a
first come, first served basis until session is full. No refunds after this date.
