Baby Kingsbury Arrives
Executive Director
Todd Kingsbury and wife Lisa welcomed their baby daughter, Skyler Madaline
Kingsbury born Saturday, February 4 at 12:52 a.m. Skyler weighed 7 pounds 8
ounces and 21 inches long at birth and is a very healthy baby. Mom, Lisa
is recovering very nicely, and Coach Todd, now a dad, couldn't be prouder!

~ Todd & Lisa, and Welcome ~ Baby Skyler, from your extended Far Post family!

Spring Program
Registrations: Juniors & SOE III
 |
Far Post Juniors is a fun
and instructional program for young players between the ages of 4 and 6
years old. Just look at how much fun our "Juniors" are having with Trainer
James Franklin! (photo ~ left). The program's primary goal is to
foster a love of the game while improving the skills of young players.
Players meet an hour per week over a six week period. The next sessions of
Far Post Juniors begin the week of March 6.

Boys and girls,
ages 7-14, are invited to enroll in Far Post’s
Schools of Excellence III.
The program is designed to improve individual skills and build that
crucial technical foundation that is necessary for any soccer player to
advance through the levels. Sessions meet for one hour, once a week, for
six weeks and include fun soccer-related games that will challenge their
ball control skills and put smiles on their faces!

with the challenging and often intimidating college selection process. We
strongly encourage our older players and their parents to attend this

Far Post Teams Compete in
Indoor Championships
Far
Post’s U17 Boys and U17/18 Girls First teams
attended the National Indoor Soccer Championships in Philadelphia, PA on January
21-22. The event was held in conjunction with the National College Coaches
Convention and offered some of the best college recruitment opportunities of the
year with over 1000 college coaches registered to attend the convention.
The tournament is the nation’s largest for indoor soccer.
Both teams met
great competition: the boys had two wins and a loss, beating York United 6-1
and AFC Lightning 5-4. Their loss was to Team America Premier. The girls had a
win over Cannons I, 3-1 and losses to Saline Impact Blue and Coliseum Juventus.
Congratulations
to both teams for their fine efforts.

NEW! Under 8 Spring Development Program
Far Post Soccer Club pleased to announce an
Under 8 Spring Development Program for boys and girls. The six-week
program, to be held in May/June, combines skill-building sessions on Tuesday
along with “mini-matches” on Thursday. The Spring Development Program is
designed to assist young soccer players with skill development and an
understanding of the game in a fun environment. Each player will receive a
match t-shirt for their team.

parties involved, we continue to hold all programs as planned.
If you are unable to make it due to inclement weather, we
