ODP

The Vermont Olympic Development Program is part of the USYSA ODP, a national identification and developmental program designed to identify and develop the most talented, committed youth soccer players and give them the opportunity to represent their state, region, and country through state, regional, inter-regional, and international competitions.

One of the primary goals of the Vermont ODP is to give these players the opportunity to be evaluated and chosen for participation in the Regional ODP teams by having the players participate in the Region I Tournament (held in June) and the Region I Identification Camp (held in July).

Far Post supports the Vermont ODP program, and we would like to encourage all of our players to tryout. The dates have been set for the tryouts for November 5th and November 12th at the Tree Farm in Essex Junction. For more information, contact Meg Munson at the Vermont Soccer Association (VSA) office, 859-9601 or admin@vermontsoccer.org.  Further details can be found on the VSA website; click on ‘Programs’ then ‘ODP, or click here!
