Travel Teams: Paperwork, Continued! |
To
ALL Players:
If you missed the paperwork sessions
last week, kindly contact us immediately to take care of all the administrative
tasks needed to begin the season ~
admin@farpostsoccerclub.com or call Paulette at
872-8860, ext. 200.
All players must
have their travel team paperwork completed before they can participate in Futsal
and begin indoor training.
Also, if you haven't established your
family account in our new registration system ~ Blue Sombrero ~ please do so
right away. If you're not familiar with our new Blue Sombrero System,
click here! In a
nutshell, our Blue Sombrero system will house the entire club database and will
be used to register the club with the state association, will allow families to
track their account balances, will allow us to send bulk emails to the entire
club with a single click (a process that's currently rather time-consuming!) ~
and much more. Please assist us by setting up your account. Step by
step guidelines to take you through the process are found below. It's important to note that if you have already paid your deposit, do not enter
any credit card information. The instructions will remind you to click on
"Check/Other" which will enable us to record your payment in the new system once
you've created your account.

Once you've
set up your account, your information resides on Blue Sombrero's secure system
and you'll not need to re-enter everything each time you sign up for a Far Post
program! Please take care of this immediately so we can get the club
registered. Thanks to everyone for your patience and understanding during
this exciting conversion.

Futsal Sign-ups! |
If you
haven't already, all team families should be hearing from their team managers
(or the club office if there is no manager) this week to determine those who are
interested in participating in Futsal for Session I! The Soccer Center
officially opens on November 6 for the indoor season! You can assist your
team manager by responding immediately as this is a two-part process. The
number of interested players must be determined before the cost per player can
be calculated. All players must have their travel team paperwork completed
AND their Futsal fee paid before they can participate. Players who are not
paid will not be allowed to play.
