We are dedicated to providing the best possible training and competition for players with a passion and love for the game of soccer. Our mission is simple: to maximize player potential through the nurturing and development of our players and their talent in a fun, competitive environment. We pride ourselves on our philosophy of total football, innovative training, and top level coaching. Come see for yourself what it’s like to wear orange.
ALL players must register for tryouts.
If you are interested in being on our teams, you MUST register, even if you will miss our official tryout dates.

We will hold a play date and informational session for all players born in the years 2016-2018 so that you can really get a sense of what joining Far Post would be like. Coach Todd Kingsbury, our U10 Program Director, will lead both groups, but boys and girls will be separated by gender. Following the session, families will be sent a welcome email with details on how to sign up.
Due to high demand, we will be offering a new U10 program in addtion to our U10 Travel Teams for the 2026/2027 season. Fortuna Far Post U10 Boys and Girls is designed for U10 players who are very young or new to Far Post, offering training and games in an ala carte model. Email todd@farpostsoccerclub.com and/or Brittany at admin@farpostsoccerclub.com for more details on this new program!

Scholarships
Far Post’s Bill Kohlasch Scholarship Fund receives money from various sources including but not limited to charitable donations, special events hosted by Far Post and budgetary allocations as decided by the Far Post Board of Directors and Director.
The scholarship fund is managed by the Director with support from the Far Post Board Finance Committee. Decisions are disbursed based on financial need. The board may develop additional policies from time to time to address allocation of available funds.
Applicants must show a commitment to the game of soccer as demonstrated by their attendance in the program, hard work and willingness to develop their soccer skills.
ALL PLAYERS receiving assistance through this scholarship fund are required to write a thank you letter and provide some voluntary service to the club or to their own soccer community. Scholarships are for TRAVEL TEAM PLAYERS ONLY and may not be used for any other services provided by the club.

If you are looking to get involved, Far Post wants to help find a home for you. Please contact us and we will get you in touch with the appropriate DOC to figure out a time to come in for a trial, or have one of our coaches come to watch you.
